Silent Mantra

Stroll down pathway of body and mind

 

Dont stop oneself from being kind.

 

Pranayama practice will lift the spirit.

 

Your abilities? the skies the limit.

 

The untrained mind can find inner peace.

 

Listen to your thoughts, let tangents release.

 

avoid dictatorship of monkey mind

 

focus on breath, let body unwind

 

breath in..... breath out.... repeat again

 

inhale give thanks exhale find zen

 

breath in once more

 

breath out for two

 

breath in for three

 

breath out,

 

continue.

 

….....................................................

 

it's with you when your sleeping,

 

travels with you when you wake.

 

The moon and tide is gravity,

 

Earths core, tectonic shake

 

The mind and body connected

 

not different,  they are the same

 

Your breath can move you to a place

 

a destination found within.
